This program uses proven, evidence-based best practices to help individuals who are stepping down from inpatient care, providing structure and encouragement as individuals re-enter their family and community environments. This program can also be stepped up from outpatient care, with the goal of helping people avoid an inpatient psychiatric admission.  Meets an average of Monday-Thursday 4 days a week, 5 hours, 10a-3p. This program is centered based.
